Virgin oil of medium fruitiness, well balanced on the palate, where its sweetness is remarkable but also its slightly hot and bitter notes, that show the presence of poliphenols (natural anti-aging agents inherent to the olive fruit). Its great productive capability and its adaptative shape to mechanical harvest make it the most frequently used variety in high density olive plantations.
